With Door Alarm enabled, which is the factory default, a Dacor built-in freezer sounds and blinks the alarm indicator once a door has been open for more than 2 minutes. It is a reminder to close the door, not a report of a broken part.

Close the door firmly and check that no bin, bag or ice bucket is holding it slightly open.
Wipe the gasket and look for a fold or tear along the hinge side if the alarm starts again soon after closing.
If the door is shut and the alarm still sounds, write down what the display shows and book a visit to check the door switch and hinge.

The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem.
What not to do
The door alarm does not mean the freezer has lost temperature. Warming inside the cabinet is reported separately, through the abnormally high temperature alarm in the SmartThings app.
