Bosch's troubleshooting table lists demo mode as the reason a freezer column has its display and lighting on but does not cool. The mode is meant for showrooms and is switched off in the settings menu. The column then starts cooling normally.

Move food that softened to another freezer or a cooler with ice.
Give the column several hours with the door closed, and book a visit if it still does not cool.

The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem.
