In showroom mode, Viking’s electronic controls and interior lights work without the refrigeration system; on 5 Series built-ins the SHOW indicator is lit. On 7 Series columns a showroom icon lights and every control, including temperature regulation, is disabled except the lights.

If the freezer is warm, move food out first.
Use the showroom key combination from the manual to exit; on a 5 Series, three beeps confirm normal operation.
Check that the temperature falls over the next few hours, and book a visit if it does not.
Cleared?
The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem.
What not to do
SHOW is not a failed compressor, even though the freezer is warm. It is also not SAB, Sabbath mode, which keeps cooling.
