SKS freezers show only sb and two buttons while Sabbath mode is active. The mode switches off the light and the alarm functions, disables the ice maker on columns that have one, and holds the freezer at 0 °F until it ends on its own after 96 hours or is turned off.

Remember that door alarms are silent in this mode, so check the door is shut each time.
