On a column freezer, open the door and press and hold Freezer and Water Filter Reset together for about five seconds until it beeps and a temperature appears.
On the SKSUD2402P drawers, with the door open, hold Lower and press Wi-Fi three times to leave the mode.
Give the freezer up to 24 hours to pull down before loading it fully; book a visit if it still does not cool with a normal temperature shown.
Cleared?
The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem.
What not to do
OF is not a failed compressor or a dead control board. If the display shows a normal set temperature and the freezer is still warm, the problem is real and needs a diagnostic visit.
