Thermador's Freedom freezer columns have a demo mode in the settings menu for showrooms. With it on, the display and lighting work but the column does not cool, and Thermador warns that the appliance stays at room temperature. Switching demo mode off in the same menu restores normal cooling.

Open the settings menu, go to Demo mode and select Off.
Remove food that has warmed, since the column was at room temperature.
Keep the door closed for several hours, and book a visit if the column still does not cool.

The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem.

Demo mode is a setting, not a broken part. If it is already off and the display is lit with no cooling, the problem is in the cooling system.
