On a column, open the menu, select SHOWROOM MODE OFF and press MODE; on an undercounter model, repeat the key combination from the manual.
Check that the temperature falls over the next few hours, and book a visit if it does not.
Cleared?
The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem.

SHOWROOM MODE is not a failed compressor or a dead control. It is also not Sabbath mode, which keeps the freezer cooling.
