Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 If the freezer is warm, move the food out first. 02 On a column, open the menu, select SHOWROOM MODE OFF and press MODE; on an undercounter model, repeat the key combination from the manual. 03 Check that the temperature falls over the next few hours, and book a visit if it does not. ### Cleared? The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem. ### What not to do SHOWROOM MODE is not a failed compressor or a dead control.
