Sabbath mode fixes the freezer at 0 °F and blocks changes until the mode ends. Turn Sabbath mode off first, then set the temperature. ### Does sb survive a power cut on an SKS freezer? Yes. Once on, Sabbath mode stays on after a power outage, so sb can still be on the display after the lights come back. ### Why did my SKS ice maker stop after sb appeared?
