Marvel’s control has a showroom mode for display units. When it is on, the display is lit and the interior light works, but the unit will not cool; the same key command turns it off again. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 If the freezer is warm but the display looks normal, move food out first. 02 Repeat the showroom key command from the user guide to return to normal operation. 03 Check that the temperature starts falling within a few hours; book a visit if it does not. ### Cleared? The freezer is holding its temperature again and no part had to be replaced. If the same code comes back within a few days, or the packages start to soften again, book it as a fresh problem. ### What not to do Showroom mode is not a failed compressor, even though the freezer is warm. If the freezer is warm but the display looks normal, move food out first. ### How do I know my Marvel freezer is in showroom mode? The display and light look normal but the cabinet is warm and the compressor is silent.
